Adjika – Traditional Caucasian Spice Blend

The word "adjika" translates to "salt", reflecting its origins as a fundamental seasoning in Caucasian cuisine. This spicy and aromatic blend enhances the flavors of meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, and soups.

Adjika can be used in dry form, sprinkled directly during cooking (1 tbsp per 1 kg of meat or 1 liter of water). Alternatively, you can prepare a thick sauce by mixing the blend with 3-4% wine vinegar and adding salt to taste. Store the sauce in a tightly sealed glass or ceramic container for freshness.
